Before Your Visit
A little preparation can help you get the most from your treatment. Please review these general guidelines before your appointment. Your provider may recommend additional preparation based on the service you have selected.
For Facial Treatments
For most facial treatments, we recommend:
- Avoid retinoids, prescription retinoids, and strong exfoliating products for several days before your appointment, unless otherwise directed by your provider.
- Avoid at-home peels, scrubs, and other aggressive exfoliation for 48 hours before treatment.
- Avoid excessive sun exposure or tanning before your appointment.
- Please let us know about any recent Botox, fillers, laser treatments, chemical peels, microneedling, or other facial procedures.
- Tell your provider about any prescription skin medications, allergies, sensitivities, or recent changes in your skin.
- If possible, arrive without heavy makeup. Makeup can always be removed at the spa if needed.
For Massage & Body Treatments
For the most comfortable experience:
- Stay well hydrated before your appointment.
- Avoid a heavy meal immediately before your treatment.
- Please tell your therapist about any injuries, areas of discomfort, recent surgery, pregnancy, or other health considerations.
- Let us know if there are areas you would prefer us to avoid.
- Your treatment can always be adjusted for pressure, positioning, and comfort.
