Frequently Asked Questions

Where to start, how often to come in, how to prepare, and what happens if your plans change.

I’m new to Spa Rejuv and don’t know what to book. Where should I start?

At Spa Rejuv, we believe your care should begin with understanding what you need — not with expecting you to choose the perfect treatment from a menu.

For facials, we recommend starting with our Rejuv Signature Facial. Think of it as your introduction to personalized skin care at Spa Rejuv. During your appointment, your provider will evaluate your skin, discuss your concerns and goals, and determine which treatment approach is best suited to your skin that day.

For massage, we recommend starting with our European Massage. Your massage therapist will discuss your preferences, areas of tension, and desired pressure, and tailor the treatment to what your body needs.

Not sure what to choose? Simply start with one of these signature services. We’ll take care of the rest.

How often should I get a facial?

For most clients, we recommend professional skin care once a month.

In younger skin, the epidermal renewal cycle is often around 28 days. As we age, this process gradually slows and can take considerably longer. When older surface cells are not shed as efficiently, they can contribute to a buildup that leaves the skin looking dull, dry, rough, or uneven.

Monthly facials help support this natural renewal process through professional exfoliation, hydration, and treatments selected for your skin’s current needs. They also give your provider an opportunity to regularly reassess your skin and adjust your treatment plan as it changes.

Consistency is one of the most important parts of maintaining healthy-looking skin, which is why we recommend making professional skin care a monthly routine.

Do I need to prepare for my facial?

Preparation depends on the treatment you are receiving. We recommend reviewing our Before Your Visit guidelines prior to your appointment.

In general, avoid aggressive exfoliation, at-home peels, and excessive sun exposure before your facial, and let us know about any prescription skincare, recent aesthetic procedures, allergies, or sensitivities.

If your scheduled treatment requires additional preparation, our team will guide you.

Can I have a facial if I recently had Botox, fillers, laser, or another aesthetic treatment?

Yes, but appropriate timing is important.

Following Botox or dermal fillers, we generally recommend allowing approximately 2–3 weeks before scheduling a facial, particularly treatments that involve massage, pressure, or advanced modalities.

Following a laser treatment, timing depends on the type and intensity of the procedure and how your skin is healing. As a general guideline, we recommend waiting until the skin is fully healed, and typically allowing at least two weeks before your facial. More intensive laser procedures may require a longer recovery period.

Please tell us which treatment you received and when. Our team can help determine the appropriate timing for your next appointment.

Can I receive treatments while pregnant?

Yes, many services can be adapted during pregnancy, but it is important to let us know when booking and to inform your provider before your treatment.

For massage, prenatal massage is generally recommended after the first trimester. Certain techniques, positioning, and products may be modified throughout pregnancy for your comfort and safety.

Facial treatments can also be customized, as certain ingredients and modalities may not be appropriate during pregnancy.

If you are pregnant or have been advised to follow specific medical precautions, please consult your healthcare provider before scheduling.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes. Our membership is designed for clients who want to make professional skin care part of their regular routine.

Yes. We offer curated Packages & Programs for clients who want to work toward specific skin or body goals, complete a recommended treatment series, or maintain their results consistently.

Each program combines treatments selected to work together over time.
