Reservations

A valid credit card is required to reserve all facial and massage appointments. Your card is securely stored and will not be charged at the time of booking.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, are subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service value.

We understand that unexpected circumstances can occur and appreciate as much notice as possible whenever your plans change.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service in order to respect the appointments that follow. The full service price will still apply.

Health Considerations

Please let us know before your appointment about any allergies, sensitivities, pregnancy, recent procedures, medications, injuries, or health considerations that may affect your treatment.

Your provider may modify or postpone a service when necessary to ensure that the treatment is appropriate for you.
